At least 18 years old
Have a minimum of one year's experience in fostering, childcare, or social work - parenting included!
Currently living in a multi-bedroom home
Not currently listed in any recognized child abuse registries
Available for in-house orientation sessions.
Willing to learn new skills
Ready and willing to provide a safe and welcoming environment for children

BECOME A CHILDCARE WORKER

We are currently seeking Childcare workers who will work collaboratively with foster parents to supervise and care for children within the home. Aside from providing basic child needs, childcare workers will help organize games and activities as well as support and promote healthy emotional and developmental growth and communication within the home.
The ideal applicant for this role would be someone who
Has strong listening and communication skills
Holds a high school diploma
Has completed or are currently pursuing an Undergraduate program in Early Childhood Education
Has experience as a CYW (Child & Youth Worker), Social Worker or other social service fields
Is 18 years or older
Is energetic and eager to make a difference in a young child's life
